Talent is the key competitive advantage that an employer will have today and in the future. Employers who realized that have taken their employer branding and talent attraction strategies to the next level. Be it building their Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and promoting it through employee ambassadors Or becoming more active on social and digital for connecting with the right talent and repelling those who are not a right fit.
More and more employers are starting to think about employer branding in a much more strategic manner. And more buy-in and cooperation from the internal stakeholder!
The outcome of having a strong employer brand is tenfold that includes higher engagement and retention rate, higher employee morale, lower employee turnover, lower cost per hire and much more.
