Halloween is right around the corner with only two more days to go.  Corporate America is getting ready to celebrate this in the office. And last week I talked about what HR can do to increase the participation of employees in their office celebration and parties.

There is going to be lots of festivities with employees who show up in all sorts of costumes that you may have no idea of and with happy hour parties at office that you have no control over. But keep this in mind – once the party is over you are still gonna continue your job as usual the next day. So don’t be a slut or an idiot and play around during the parties.
