Workplace culture is built in person
Let me ask you this upfront! Do you think the culture of an organization can be clearly expressed to the stakeholders and partners by sending enormous tweets and constant FaceBook updates about your company?
I doubt it! For example the photos and information that are shared mostly in a company's facebook page are of their recent achievements, facilities available at work, employees having fun at a get together and mostly new products that has been launched recently,
Focus on positives and move on!
I had a chat with a few of my friends this Sunday! Having kept in touch with them through Facebook for a while, I was finally happy to meet and spend time with them.
I am happy to see the changes happening in everybody's life. Some of them are happy to welcome a new member in their family, yes their new born baby! Others are excited to begin a happy married life and a few others like me, are celebrating every day life by doing whatever makes them happy.
